Lactation Cookies

Recommended:
At least 5-6 pieces each time

(There's no limit to how much you can consume per day; Feel free to increase/decrease according to how well your body responds!) 

1-2 hours before pumping/latching


Best paired with:
A tall glass of milk each time, to help replenish fluid loss and achieve creamier supply.


Lactation Brownies

Recommended:
1-2 pieces each day

1-2 hours before pumping/latching

Best served warm:
If brownies were kept refrigerated, bring to room temperature or heat up in microwave with a small cup of water to retain moisture before consuming.

Lactation Muffinlets
