All our bakes are only prepared freshly upon order to ensure the freshness and quality of every bakes delivered. With limited bake slots available, kindly refer to the top banner on our website or our Instagram page for our earliest available delivery date (subjected to change once our bake slots are full)

For group buy:

Being a small team of 2, kindly allow approx. 10-15 working days (upon payment) for us to prepare and deliver for group buy

Payment Options & Terms

We accept payment via:

Please notify us with a screen capture of the payment made via WhatsApp or email: so your order may be process promptly.

Full payment must be made within 24 hours in order to confirm your order. A delay in payment may result in unavailability of your purchase and/or delay in your delivery date. We do not accept cash on delivery nor partial payment.

All prices listed are calculated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only.

Delivery / Self-Collection Terms

Delivery Charges

Enjoy FREE standard delivery, within Singapore, with minimum purchase of S$60. For orders under S$60, a standard delivery fee of S$10 will apply.  

Purchases after any discount (excluding group buy) must meet minimum S$60 to enjoy free delivery. For group buy delivery, please refer to group buy promo for more details.

Additional surcharge of S$8 will apply for delivery to Downtown, Orchard, CBD, Tuas and Sentosa area. We will get in touch with you for the surcharge payment separately.

Delivery Schedule

Door-step delivery will be on our next available Thursday, between 6pm to 10pm, subjected to availability. For delivery to Downtown/Orchard/CBD area, timing will be between 4pm-6pm, subjected to availability.

With limited bake slots available, please refer to the top banner on our website or our Instagram page for our earliest available delivery date. Notification will be given at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery.

Kindly allow up to 1 hour buffer in view of unforeseen traffic/weather conditions.

Delivery Terms

Due to tight delivery schedule, we seek your kind understanding that our courier won’t be able to notify/call before delivery. 

Kindly ensure that someone is home to receive the bakes at the scheduled date and time of delivery. In the event that no one is home to receive the bakes during point of delivery, our courier may leave them outside the premises (e.g. riser and etc). Should such situation arise, The Fussy Pâtissières will not hold responsibility for missing or spoilage of products.

Also, please check and ensure that the delivery address provided during check-out is correct. Otherwise, re-delivery charges will be applicable depending on external courier rates (with date and time to be advised). 

The Fussy Pâtissières will not hold responsibility for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival or spoilage of products and/or incorrect handling/storage of the products after delivery.

Self-collect Option

We understand some customers may not be home during the scheduled delivery timing, thus, you may opt for self-collection at:

Please note that self-collection is subjected to availability and we will get in touch with you on the earliest collection details.  

The Fussy Pâtissières reserve the rights to change the self-collection locations and availability without prior notice. 

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refund

In view of hygiene safety and perishable nature of product, all food sales are final and non-exchangable.

50% refund will be given for cancellation of an order. Bank charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer. No refunds will be entertained for request made 3 days before/on day of delivery.
