Full payment must be made within 24 hours in order to confirm your order. A delay in payment may result in unavailability of your purchase and/or delay in your delivery date. We do not accept cash on delivery nor partial payment.

You can enjoy FREE door-step delivery, within Singapore, with minimum purchase of S$60. For orders under S$60, a flat delivery fee of S$10 will apply.
Purchases after any discount must meet minimum S$60 to enjoy free delivery.
We reserve the rights to reject any restricted locations e.g. Offices / Airports / Jurong Island / Sentosa and etc, you will be duly informed if such situations arise.
Currently, we only deliver on every Sunday, between 12nn-5pm. With limited bake slots available, notification will be given at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery. Delivery slots will be subjected to change once our bake/delivery slots are full.
Kindly allow up to 1 hour buffer in view of unforeseen traffic/weather conditions.
Please ensure that someone is home to receive the bakes at the scheduled date and time of delivery. In the event that there’s no one receives and/or no response to the text/call during point of delivery, our delivery partners may leave them outside the premises.
Should such situation arise, we will not hold responsibility for missing or spoilage of products.
Also, please check and ensure that the delivery address provided during check-out is correct. Otherwise, re-delivery charges will be applicable (with date and time to be advised).
We will not hold responsibility for delivery address errors that cause delayed arrival or spoilage of products and incorrect handling/storage of the products after delivery.
Yes! Self-collection is also available with no minimum purchase!
Currently, we offer self-collection at:

Any orders not collected during the arranged date and time will have to be re-arranged for collection at our convenience.
We reserve the rights to change the self-collection location(s) and availability without prior notice.
In view of hygiene safety and perishable nature of product, all food sales are final and non-exchangeable.
A minimum of 3 days' advance notice from date of delivery is required for any request in changes to your order and/or postponement/cancellation of delivery.
50% refund will be given for cancellation of an order. Bank charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer. No refunds will be entertained for request made 3 days before/on day of delivery.
